     Battergenic is an online bakery store on Instagram that sells home-baked items with top quality ingredients. They bake cookies, tarts and cakes. Today, I got to try their Coffee Bean Cookies (RM26) and Ondeh-Ondeh Tart (RM25). Chinese New Year is over but I am glad to have these as perfect snacks at home. Coffee Bean Cookie is dainty with a crispy texture and a blast of coffee flavors in every bite. Ondeh-Ondeh Tart is made of pandan tart crust encasing the stuffing of freshly grated coconut with gula melaka. The crust melts in your mouth when you pop it right into your mouth.
