Beard Brothers' BBQ's story began in their humble home at Jalan Gurney, Keramat. Their goal was
simple – to introduce Malaysians to quality Texas style barbecue. Committing themselves to the dream, they learned from both triumphs and mistakes,
refining the flavours and exploring the best methods of BBQ. Fired
up and fueled by a passion to be the best BBQ joint in Malaysia, Beard
Brothers' BBQ is ready to deliver the ultimate Family BBQ experience. Chief
Pitmaster Nazri Jameson is a culinary arts graduate who decided to
embrace the challenge of producing perfectly barbecued halal briskets.
His obsession with it had him laboring for almost five months, honing
his technique and recipe to achieve his vision of the perfectly
barbecued brisket.
His fellow
Pitmaster and Bearded Bro, Afif Ter, shares his vision of diversifying
the halal food culture. Together, they aim to create accessible and
authentic halal alternatives of world cuisine while building an
inclusive social community through wholesome good food. In tandem with
that, the bearded duo is on a mission to redefine the perception of fast
food with their philosophy of slow cooking for full-flavoured goodness. I had tried their Ayam Kambing Set (RM65) and Lamb Ribs by the Slab (RM75.60-RM81 for 280-300g lamb ribs). Check out their menu in the link below for their awesome BBQ meat!

Ayam Kambing Set for 2 pax (RM65)- Quarter Chicken, 200g Smoked Pulled Lamb, 4 Brotato Bun, Keramat Spicy BBQ sauce, White Alabama Chicken Sauce, Beef Jus

Comment: The chicken breast is super tender, juicy, tasty and savory. The texture wasn't dry at all which makes me like it a lot! The portion is quite huge! Taste even better with the White Alabama Chicken Sauce.

Comment: Taste delicious on its own with a perfect balance of fats which melts with the meat. It wasn't dry at all. Tasty and tender.

Lamb Ribs by the Slab (RM75.60-RM81 for 280-300g lamb ribs)
Comment: Super tender and juicy! Very delicious! There is quite an amount of fats. Tasty and full of flavor on its own. It was marinated and barbequed to perfection!
