Japanese Tea Sandwich Cookie Box (RM38)- Matcha, Houjicha and Genmaicha. Using Niko Neko Matcha powder.
Matcha: Matcha Cookies filled with Matcha Chocolate
Comment: Dense, smooth and creamy texture. Light matcha flavor and less sweet. Crust is dense and slightly crunchy. Would prefer if the matcha flavor is stronger.
Houjicha: Houjicha Cookies filled with Houjicha Chocolate
Comment: Dense, smooth and creamy texture. Houjicha flavor is quite strong and less
sweet. Crust is dense and slightly crunchy.
Genmaicha: Genmaicha Cookies filled with Genmaicha Chocolate
Comment: Dense, smooth and creamy texture. Could barely taste the genmaicha flavor and less
sweet. Crust is dense and slightly crunchy. Would prefer if the genmaicha flavor is stronger.
Triple Matcha Cake (RM17)
Comment: They used Niko Neko Matcha Yuri Matcha powder. Strong overpowering matcha flavor and less sweet, love this! Smooth, gooey and creamy texture on top and dense cake texture at the bottom. Matcha lovers will definitely love this. Strongly recommend this.
Triple Houjicha Cake (RM17)
Comment: They used Niko Neko's Tsubaki Houjicha Powder. Nutty and toasty flavor, taste really good with strong houjicha flavor.
Triple Genmaicha Cake (RM17)
Comment: Strong genmaicha flavor and loving the smooth, creamy texture on top.
Cheese Tart (RM20)
Comment: Cream cheese base, crunchy cheese tart topped with strawberries. Not really a fan of this because there isn't much cheese.
