Champignons is a Modern European restaurant that carves its own niche with cuisine brought from all over Europe, fused with Asian influences. Food prepared and cooked with the heart, is the motto of Chef Gary Chang, the driver behind the Champignons Group. They are a native-born and energetic food and beverage team, and they have been exploring cuisines all over the world in the past 2 decades. Their cooking would best be described as contemporary European with a modern twist. Making use of Asian ingredients and flavours that are enhanced with modern preparation techniques, they are also mindful in being consistent with their dedication to sustainability, sourcing only the freshest produce for their menu. I had their Degustation Menu (RM398/pax).
