     Char Line is a South American inspired grill house. Their menu centres around their custom made wood fired grill, inspired by the open fire grills of Montevideo, Uruguay. Asado refers to the food that is cooked over these open fire grills. It can be pretty packed at night, so it's best to make your reservation ahead.

Grilled Bone Marrow (RM88)

Grilled Romaine Lettuce (RM32)- w salted egg yolk, capers, anchovy, parmesan cream
Comment: Creamy, appetizing kind of romaine lettuce dish, pretty filling.

Marinated Whole Spring Chicken (RM42)- Peri-peri sauce
Comment: Tasty, perfectly grilled. Sweet and savoury.

Grilled Seabass (RM56)- w parsley & caper sauce, garlic cream, crispy herbs
Comment: Soft and extremely flavorful, perfectly grilled. Love it.

Lamb Ragout Fettucine (RM48)- w minced lamb, charred pomodoro
Comment: Pretty normal, nothing to shout about. Isn't flavorful enough.
