Chipta 11A is a curated dining restaurant serving a distinctive dining
experience led by Chef Jack, often going by a no-menu menu. Chipta differs from the
conventional Omakase as they curate their own special twist for their guests, infuse local flavors into every dishes. It has a simple minimalist interior for a chill dining experience. We had the Curated Dining Set (RM300/pax), consists of 10 to 12 dishes including starters, cold dishes, sushi, sashimi, hot kitchen items and dessert. Chipta uses Assam Jawa-infused Japanese rice for their nigiri which is tangy and fragrant.

Comment: Tender duck meat with its crispy skin, rich in flavor
Cholesterol Bowl with Sea Eel, Flounder Fin, Otoro, Ikura and Uni
Comment: Splendid and delicate bowl with smoky, sweet, juicy, creamy, buttery, rich with a balance of saltiness from the salmon roe.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the uniqueness of every dishes, the quality of the ingredients, impressive flavors produced by the team and the friendly and attentive service by the Chef. Chipta 11A was my first time having sushi with a fusion twist but certainly will not be the last. Looking forward to try out their new set of dishes.
