Sashimi Don Aged Duck Takeaway/Delivery

      Chipta 11A is a curated dining restaurant serving a distinctive dining experience led by Chef Jack, often going by a no-menu menu. Chipta differs from the conventional Omakase as they curate their own special twist for their guests, infuse local flavors into every dishes. It has a simple minimalist interior for a chill dining experience. Chipta uses Assam Jawa-infused Japanese rice for their nigiri which is tangy and fragrant. During this lock-down period, I ordered some of their rice bowls to satisfy my sashimi cravings! Check out their Menu for a wide selection of Japanese food.



LUX Assorted Sashimi Don (RM180)- More varieties and slices of seasonal sashimi (usually comprise of shimaaji, kanpachi, hamachi, anago, engawa, scallop, ebi, otoro, chutoro, akami) with uni and served with assam jawa rice
Comment: Super duper delicious and 100% worth its price! Huge portion of tangy assam jawa rice with generous amount of a variety of sashimi slices with my favorite otoro, engawa and ebi! The sashimi slices are fresh and I am super satisfied with the thickness of the slices given because I can taste the freshness of different types of fishes. Totally in love with this awesome bowl of assorted sashimi don along with its fresh wasabi! Strongly recommend this!

Anago & Engawa Ikura Don (RM100)- Deep sea eel and flounder fin topped with ikura
Comment: This is another bowl of goodness with my favorite engawa, anago and generous amount of ikura (salmon roe). Really love the soft and fatty texture of engawa and anago. Anago has a sweet taste while engawa gives you that oil-rich taste. Taste so good when I put pop everything into my mouth.

Aged Duck w Seasonal Vegetables (RM40)
Comment: I requested aged duck without the rice. It is tender, firm and chewy in texture. Taste sweet and savoury, flavorful, really good! Even the vegetables are cooked well and tasty! They perfectly executed the whole dish.
