[Date Visited: February 2022]
Under the stewardship of Chef Simon Philips, d’Alti Gusti is pleased to present a range of private dining experiences from specially curated table dhote menus that changes monthly, for 4-12 guests and laidback aperitivo cocktail evenings, to bespoke fine-dining experiences. d’Alti Gusti hosts one table per sitting to ensure the most intimate dining experience that brings an uncompromising emphasis on delivering fine food and service. For that reason, advance reservation as early as 1 month is recommended to avoid disappointment. I had the February/March 2022 menu (RM399/pax). *There will be no comment given for each dishes as each of them has their own unique flavor that is beyond my expectation. Guarantee no regrets and be prepared for surprises.
