Enchante Patisserie caters for special cakes, pastries and chocolates for wedding, corporate gift, corporate events, hotels and caterers. Their products are made by World Champion trained chef in well equipped kitchen with highest quality of product. The head chef, Chef Tan Wei Loon is a World Pastry Champion 2019, Asian Pastry Champion 2018 and 2014, undisputedly one of the best pastry chefs in Asia. In 2019, he came up with an idea of introducing pastries with high quality, rich with flavors and techniques to consumer. His goal is not to sell by quantity but by the quality. That is what Enchante is all about. His signature is introducing a fusion of European techniques and skills with local flavors. Infused with different layer and textures, each product available in the website has gone through a lot of R&D before they are released. I was honored to try out their limited series of Petit Gateau-Summer Love (RM90), crafted by world champion pastry chef. Check out their menu in the link below for more special desserts!


Comment: Something light to start with, this whole piece has vanilla sweet fragrance, even a non-dessert person will like this

Comment: I like this dessert a lot, appreciate the huge chunk of taro coconut cream in the middle that blends so well with the vanilla chantilly that doesn't taste heavy when you take a bite. That almond croustillant at the bottom added another layer of texture and aroma. Very satisfying and unique piece of dessert.

Comment: Very appetizing with the yuzu cream and apple yuzu confit! I am a big fan of yuzu flavor and this dessert makes me craving for more! You should have this if you are looking for a fragrant, citrusy flavor!

Comment: Ended with a strong coffee-flavored dessert. Appealing dessert that will definitely satisfy your dessert craving.
