Fuego at Troika Sky Dining, on the 23rd floor of the Troika building is a South American Tapas Bar and Restaurant. Fuego is about new twists to classic cocktails; tapas that you have never seen before; sharing with friends and family; fire that grills big slabs of meat. There are 2 seating available: Sunset (6-8pm) and City Light Dining (8-10pm). I strongly recommend the Sunset seating because you get to enjoy both sunset view when it is still bright and night view with city lights. It has the best KL city view with open concept, don't hesitate to dine here to enjoy the best of both worlds (view and food)!
The Fuego Guacamole (RM28)- Freshly diced avocado, green chili, tomato, cilantro, garlic, lime
Comment: Nothing to shout about, just some standard guacamole
Torched Salmon Ceviche (RM48)- Torched salmon, yuzu, wasabi, preserved lemon, cucumber pickle, salt foam, Tequila, red seaweed
Comment: Fresh salmon with a refreshing, citrusy taste
Fresh Corn on the Cob 'Elote' (RM28)- Grilled corn, shave pecorino cheese, paprika, Jalapeno cream
Comment: Sweet, juicy grilled corn with a generous amount of pecorino cheese. Sweet and savoury taste, quite good!
Lamb Ribs (RM130)- Smoked paprika chimichurri, dastardly hot sauce
Comment: Tender lamb but the amount of fats is more than its meat, too fatty for me

Smoked Eel Guacamole (RM38)- Wood Smoked Garlic, Picked Fennel, Chili, Smoked Eel
Comment: I am a huge fan of guacamole, can even make on my own, decided to order something special with smoked eel but I couldn't taste the smoked eel at all. Overall, it made a perfect snack.
Fuego Ceviche (RM32)- Barramundi, coconut tiger's milk, shiso gremolata, vinegared puy lentils, toasted coconut.
Comment: Loved this dish, a great combination of sweet, savory and sour taste, very appetizing. The shiso gremolata enhanced the flavor, made me craving for more.
Argentinian Squid (RM35)- Spiced grilled Argentinian squid, smoked chili aioli, smoked garlic, squid ink cracker, pineapple salsa
Comment: Squid ink cracker was stated in the menu but I don't think that was squid ink cracker. The Argentinian Squid's taste was rich in flavor, preferred to eat it on its own instead of pairing it with the cracker that melted in my mouth.
Lamb Ribs (RM130)- Smoked paprika chimichurri, dastardly hot sauce
Comment: The highlight among all, it was so tender and meaty. However, I felt the paprika and chimichurri taste could be stronger if you are looking forward to taste it on its own. The lamb ribs tasted better with the hot sauce.
Fuego Churros (RM35)- Cinnamon dust churros, dulcey creameux, salted caramel espuma
Comment: The best churros I've ever had! Crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, so delicious on its own with the cinnamon dust. Paired it with a scoop of dulcey creameux mixed with salted caramel espuma for extra tastiness!
The delectable food and brilliant charming view explain why Fuego is always
fully booked. Being the rare spot with best of both worlds, it is advisable to make
a booking as early as 2 weeks in advance for the best seat. Fuego is
recommended for gatherings, celebrations and dates.
