Hogan Bakery is focused as a fusion bakery, we use 40 types of dough to produce handcrafted delicious bakes, varying from French bread, European flavored bread, sweet bun, toast, pastry, and dessert. Hogan Bakery is a well-known Taiwanese bakery launched in August 2008. New creations are constantly emerging from the R&D team making the experience in Hogan Bakery a ‘bakery shopping’ happiness. This was the founder’s dream to begin with. Many of the stuffing ingredients used to make bread in Taiwan are imported, such as chocolate, walnuts and dried cranberries. Comment: Delectable taste of mildly sweet and savory fillings of chicken floss, salted egg yolk, mochi and red bean paste, wrapped in flaky shell, sprinkled with sesame seeds on top. My top favorite item, the whole piece is perfect, texture, taste and amount of ingredients used!
