Heart, that's what sets Hoshun apart beyond the finest ingredients and craft authenticity that comes from within. A homage to a city called Sendai, five thousand kilometres away the home of their head chefs. I had the Hasu Dinner Course (RM780/pax)- appetizers, clear soup, seasonal sashimi, 2 chef daily cooked dish, chef's special, vinegared hand roll, seasonal sushi 6 pieces/pot rice, soup and dessert. Overall, I think it is a little more pricey for the ingredients I got here compared to other restaurant.
