Ignis Kuala Lumpur

From the Grill From the Farm

[Date Visited: December 2022]

Ignis is a bar and grill restaurant with an open kitchen that revolves around a woodfire grill. Taking inspiration from the Latin word Ignis that signifies the brightness of fire, the flames of their grills are masterfully manipulated to spread that fiery heat to flavour our food. They are also passionate supporters of sustainable farming practices hence their menu is a farm-to-table concept with dishes that celebrate locally sourced ingredients from Malaysian farms.
