Sashimi- Kampachi, Ikagai, Chutoro
Comment: Slightly thick fresh cuts, very fresh, love the chutoro that melts in your mouth.

MRX Signature Trio Platter- Deep fried prawn ball stuffed with foie gras; steamed bamboo pith stuffed with cuttlefish paste in premium oyster sauce; chiller crab meat tar-tar with mango puree and black caviar
Comment: Cantonese appetizer that taste really similar to those appetizers that you normally get in Chinese restaurant. The only dish that caught me is chiller crab meat tar-tar with unique texture. Overall, there is nothing to shout about taste wise.

Otoro topped with Bafun Uni and Baked Truffle
Comment: Largest piece of Otoro I've ever had! So huge, satisfying, it just melts in my mouth straight. Love the sweet bafun uni and slight umami taste enhanced by the truffle.

topped with Hotate & Ikura
Comment: Fresh scallop w generous amount of fresh ikura.

Comment: Super huge piece of bird's nest, very generous! Definitely a bowl of collagen goodness for ladies. Flavorful supreme stock, so on point.

Negitoro topped with Engawa
Comment: Both my favorites in one dish. Fatty, oily but addictive, everything just melts in my mouth, burst with flavors. Can't say no to this dish.


Botanebi topped with Murasaki Uni, Caviar & Golf Leaf
Comment: Sweet and juicy botanebi w mildly sweet uni



Crispy Peking Duck w Italy Black Winter Truffle
Comment: Crispy duck skin with chewy duck meat. It would be better if the duck meat is more tasty.

Foie Gras with Unagi
Comment: Foie gras and unagi sandwich, cholesterol rich food. I like it eating them together in one bite, soft texture and fill your mouth with rich goodness.

Dessert- Mochi, Purple Sweet Potato Cake, Caramel Pudding
Comment: Kinda like the purple sweet potato cake, the rest is alright.
