      Nimbus Restaurant—a new modern restaurant combining influences and inspiration from various cuisines. Chef-founder Fred Choong fills his menu with engaging creations, weaving classic elements into contemporary ensembles. Be sure to dine in this elegant restaurant with delicious unique food creations.


Salmon Marble (RM33)- Home cured salmon, salt baked potato, lacto fermented pumpkin, ikura
Comment: Petite elegant dish, taste alright.


Chicken Liver Pate (RM28)- Pickled beets, prune compote, puff pastry, balsamic reduction
Comment: Unique starter to start with, strong, rich, dense.


Baked Cauliflower (RM28)- Mornay sauce, curry leaf, nuts, honey, mustard
Comment: Pretty good with cheese and curry leaf that enhanced the flavor of this dish.


Sweet Corn Veloute (RM26)- Corn and lap cheong croquette
Comment: Not a big fan of sweet corn soup, but if you are maybe this is the one for you.


Pork Otak-Otak (RM26)- Percik sauce, salted egg cream, peanuts, pickles
Comment: First time having pork otak otak. Interesting combination of texture and flavors.


Coffee Braised Pork (RM55)- 36 hours braised pork shoulder, potato puree, roasted root vegetable
Comment: Very delicious, aromatic coffee flavor, really tender, love it.


Seafood Saffron Risotto (RM70)- Japanese grain, mix seafood, saffron, parmesan
Comment: In terms of flavor, this dish excel it. However, I didn't enjoy its texture which is on the soft side because they used Japanese grain instead, similar to congee.


Prawn Bisque Noodle (RM68)- Grilled river prawn with gochujang, bunga kantan, ikura
Comment: This is definitely the highlight of the dinner, love the bisque, so rich, creamy, tasty, packed with flavors, goes so well with the noodle.


Foie gras (from degustation menu)- Caramelised pumpkin seed, brioche, prune, pickled beets, balsamic
Comment: Perfectly grilled, love the toppings, rich and melts in your mouth


Herb Crusted Lamb Rack (from degustation menu)- Onion pudding, roasted garlic puree, longan jus
Comment: This is really good as well, super juicy and tender, perfectly cooked! Taste even better with the longan jus.


PB&J (RM24)- Peanut butter semifreddo, banana brulee, salted caramel cashew nut, berries compote, crumble
Comment: If you are a peanut butter fan, you definitely have to order this. Rich peanut butter taste, lightly sweet, dense, very interesting combination.


Black Forest (RM26)- Dark chocolate cremuex, chocolate feuilletine, summer berries, vanilla ice cream
Comment: Rich dark chocolate with very mild sweetness, love it!
