Dominic's Bread basket (RM29)- Dom's herb brioche, onion loaf & truffle-sea salt flat bread.
Comment: My fav is the onion loaf, soft and fluffy with fragrant aroma!

Burrata cheese, strawberry-tomato salad, 5yr old balsamic & earl grey reduction, lemon granita dressing (RM56)
Comment: Unique sweet and sour flavor of the strawberry-tomato salad. Mix together with the burrata cheese gives you a very distinctive combination of flavors.

Burgundy snails, cepes mushroom & roasted garlic fricassee, parsley foam & butter croutons (RM56)
Comment: Very well-cooked. Chewy texture. Slightly savoury.

Signature foie gras terrine, apple puree, brioche toast
Comment: Won't comment much as I am usually not a fan of foie gras terrine.

Brittany lobster bisque (RM43)
Comment: Taste is alright but nothing to shout about.

Signature duck confit, summer squash & sauce au citron (RM115)
Comment: Super delicious! Cooked on point! Tender, soft and very tasty! Definitely a must-order item!

Grilled aged duck breast, marmalade & sauce gastrique (RM79)
Comment: Taste really good as well but the duck confit is definitely a better option over this. Firm, chewy texture.
