Minimalist, Rustic, Nordic, and Sustainable represents the blood running through the veins of ROOST, a space created to showcase the beauty of the Malaysian peninsula through its terroir, and seas. Utilizing wherever possible, local sustainable ingredients sourced with care direct from its farms; translating them through their experience into modern European cuisine.

Comment: Love this drink, refreshing!

Duck Leg Risotto (RM58)- Confit duck leg, shitake, shimeji, sweet corn demi-glace
Comment: Preferred the confit duck leg over the risotto. Tender and tasty. Risotto is a little bland.

Slipper Lobster Ravioli (RM48)- Slipper lobster chunk, ricotta, burnt butter shellfish bisque
Comment: Not my favorite, taste a little bland for me.

Grilled Asparagus (RM18)
Comment: Huge and crunchy, perfectly grilled.
