     Sachi Dining is led by Chef Akira who helmed various restaurants and hotels in Tokyo where he honed his skills and experience to masterfully bring out the best of every ingredient and seasonal product available. He participated and won National Skills Competition as a representative of Tokyo U24 and has over 15 years of experience as a chef in Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. The dishes are made with a variety of sophisticated techniques and presented in beautiful Japanese ceramic and table wares. I had the Summer Dinner Course- 10 Courses (RM600++/pax).

Sake (RM320)
Comment: Forgot the name of this sake, this is recommended by the Floor Manager. Very good choice of sake, affordable, fruity, slightly sweet, smooth, super easy to drink, clear taste and distinctive. My favorrite sake now!

Sea Urchin and Dashi Jelly with Seafood- Crab, Shirasu Fish, Watershield
Comment: Fresh Murasaki uni and king crab along with the tasty jelly.

Japanese Winter Melon Soup- Flatfish, shrimp, koya tofu, edamame
Comment: Looks simple and clear but tasty that makes you want to drink more.

Sashimi- Mantis Shrimp, Horse Mackerel
Comment: Both very fresh and delicious, sweet mantis shrimp and chewy horse mackerel w distinctive taste

Ikameshi (Mochi Rice Stuffed Squid)- shiitake mushroom, carrots, Japanese papper tree
Comment: Firm and chewy squid stuffed with mochi rice in the middle.

Hamo Fish Yubiki- Sea grapes, tomatoes, plum soy sauce jelly
Comment: My top favourite dish, very interesting kind of texture. Crunchy, chewy and firm at the same time. Very unique!

Kamasu Fish Grilled w Garlic Miso- lemon, honey pickled peach, radish, lotus root
Comment: Another delicious dish, my first time having this fish as well. Grilled to perfection to bring out the taste of the fish.

Smoked Duck (swapped from Japanese Wagyu)
Comment: Taste is good but nothing to shout about.

Fig and Scallop Tempura- Shishito, grilled radish, ginger
Comment: Very light thin batter, interesting dish as well

Rice Cooked with Ayu Fish- pickles, akadashi miso soup
Comment: Nothing to shout about.

Matcha Parfait
Comment: I am a huge matcha fan so this dessert is good for me. Matcha taste is pretty strong
