Hairy Crab

Hairy Crab dish with its roe
Comment: Very sweet and delicate

Engawa (Flounder's Fin) and Hotaru Ika (Fire Fly Squid) Skewers
Comment: Love Engawa as usual with rich amount of fats. Hotaru Ika was plump and chewy.

Kame Toro (Neck part which is the fattest part)

Chutoro with Seaweed Sauce, Otoro with Special Wasabi and Torched Kame Toro
Comment: The actual presentation was super gorgeous, I forgot to take a photo of this dish! My usual favorite is Otoro, Kame Toro was so delicious but it was oily due to high amount of fats. This dish had the Top 3 best parts of Toro.

Comment: Chewy abalone with fried sotong that added more flavors to this dish

Hokkaido Botan Ebi Nigiri with Spanish Caviar
Comment: Mild sweetness

Seawater and Box Uni with Japanese Rice

Miso Soup with Lobster

Dessert-Japanese Pudding
Comment: My favorite dessert, this was too good! Creamy, rich and not overly sweet.

Dessert- Sakura Mochi

I was extremely excited and satisfied with each dishes served by the chefs whereby I don't usually get these ingredients in other Japanese restaurants. This omakase was definitely a unique and fun dining experience with Chef Nao's friendliness. Apologized for not being able to take a photo of those 3 exquisite dishes, must be too excited until I had forgot about it and couldn't wait to pop it right into my mouth. Another dish that I missed out was Hirame sashimi with uni sauce and Kanpachi with Yuzu Miso sauce which tasted really good as well. Price wise, it was really pricey but worth the premium ingredients and dining experience. I guarantee you won't regret and will definitely enjoy each bite. Check out their menu in the link below!
