     Sushi Soul is located at Wisma Chuang Kuala Lumpur that’s dedicated to providing a one-to-one personalized menu with 8-years-experience chef. Sushi Soul uses freshly imported seafood’s from the popular Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo, Japan to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Furthermore, Sushi Soul is also the first flagship youth-concept designed Fine Dining Omakase Restaurant available in town that offers a Private Lounge with a Sushi Bar. Their aim is to introduce their customers to the youth flagship of one-to-one personalized service and menu fine-dining concept experience filled with amazing people and food to encourage their customers to extend the Japanese food culture into own lifestyle. I had the Winter Fuyu Dinner Menu (RM728++/pax)- Zensai 3 kind, Chawanmushi, Sashimi 3 kind, Nigiri Sushi 7pcs, Hot Dish, Mini Don, Temaki, Clear Soup and Dessert.


Kampachi (Amberjack), Otoro Aburi and Clam
Comment: My favorite is definitely the otoro aburi, fatty and oily with a light smoky flavor.


Foie Gras Chawanmushi

Comment: Luxurious chawanmushi with a huge piece of foie gras in it. Love it! Super smooth!

Tai (Seabream), Shima Aji (Horse Mackerel) and Blue Fin Akami (Lean Tuna) with marinated shoyu
Comment: My favorite is always Tai because of its firm texture and rich, sweet flavor and Shima Aji because of its light, yet buttery and tender texture. Blue fin akami is mild in flavor and lean texture.


Hirame w Engawa and Yuzu
Comment: Chewy, firm texture of hirame and slightly fatty, especially with engawa on top.


Buri (Yellowtail) w Barley Miso
Comment: Soft, delicate and sweet in flavor. Really good!


Akamutsu (Red Seabass) w its crispy scale
Comment: Very fatty and oily with extra crunchiness of its scale, love this so much! Something new for me.


Botanebi w Prawn Head and Roe
Comment: Sweet flavor with slightly slimy, delectable texture.


Silver Cod w Marinated Miso
Comment: Sweet taste with delicate texture. Elegant dish.


Tempura
Comment: Thickness of the batter is perfect and fried to perfection.


Chutoro w Wasabi Head
Comment: Fatty texture of chutoro, wasabi definitely enhanced the flavor.


Otoro
Comment: Their otoro is quite similar to chutoro in terms of taste and texture. Fatty but not overly fatty and oily.


Engawa
Comment: Extremely fatty and oily but I love it so much. So rich!


Mini Bowl- Chopped Tuna, Ikura and Crab Meat.
Comment: Nothing to shout about but overall it taste good.


Hokkaido Bafun Uni
Comment: Rich, sweet and creamy.


Soup

Japanese Melon w Houjicha Ice Cream and Nama Chocolate
Comment: One of the best desserts in Omakase I had. 3 goodness in one plate! Love the Japanese Melon as usual, so sweet! Houjicha flavor is strong. Nama chocolate is super chocolatey and slightly bitter-sweet.

     I definitely add Sushi Soul into my list of Top Omakase Restaurants in Klang Valley. Love all the food and service is superb as well. Ambience is another plus point. However, the space is quite tight at the omakase counter, so do not expect much privacy if you are sitting at the counter seat.
