Sushi Ten Omakase officially launched in October 2020. It shares part of an open kitchen with its sister restaurant, Senso Izakaya in Empire City, but Sushi Ten Omakase is its own outstanding entity. Omakase is a unique dining concept where diners are seated at the counter in front of the chef and able to enjoy how the chef orchestras his kitchen up until each and every dish is created. Sushi Ten sources most of the ingredients directly from Japan. Guests get to experience the intimate setting at 8-seater counter, while being served the food using the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients flown in from Japan.
There are 3 menus available: Yamasaki Omakase (RM208/pax), Ten Omakase (RM298/pax) and Koyo Omakase (RM498/pax). We had decided to try out their Ten Omakase that comes with appetizer, seasonal soup, sashimi, steamed egg, teppanyaki 2 kinds, specialty sushi 8pcs and dessert.

Squid Teppanyaki
Comment: Very chewy and taste much better compared to the nigiri
Foie Gras Teppanyaki (Add on RM55)
Comment: Rich and buttery, grilled perfectly with a balanced taste
Dessert- Lime ice cream
Comment: Pathetic dessert to end the course
Birthday Sushi Cake
Freshness is the key to a fine omakase dining, it should be the utmost priority. To be honest, I was disappointed when I was served something that was not fresh. I hope the chefs can improve the quality of the food to give the best dining experience to their guests.
