Reminiscent of a refined French café, our restaurant boasts fresh, seasonal ingredients with a Mediterranean twist. The Brasserie is open in the mornings and serves some of the city’s finest breakfast dishes, from iconic Malaysian nasi lemak to creamy eggs Benedict. At lunchtime, this French restaurant serves an Executive Business Lunch menu and eclectic a la carte options, from fish to salads and other plats du jour. At night, The Brasserie segues into a modern dining space with French-Mediterranean fare, sharable options and curated menus.
Comment: Smooth, easy to drink, suitable for ladies as it has a hint of sweet notes.
Complimentary bread and amuse bouche
The Brasserie Signature Bouillabaisse (RM88)- Marseille-style traditional seafood soup served with lobster, fish, garlic croutons, rouille sauce
Comment: Savoury with a hint of sour flavor. Creamy and thick. Could be better in terms of flavor but acceptable
Buffalo Mozzarella Salad (RM88)- Heirloom tomatoes, aged balsamic, caper berries, basil pesto
Comment: Love this salad! A great combination of ingredients with the buffalo mozzarella and sweet heirloom tomatoes! A great starter to start with.
Australian Lamb Rack 200g (RM178)
Comment: Flavor on point but it is slightly dry, could be better if it is more tender in texture.
Wagyu Short Ribs (RM128)- Beef ribs braised in port wine, parsnip puree, glazed pearl onions
The Brasserie's Signature Chocolate Coulant (RM38)- 64% Malaysian chocolate and tonka bean, salted caramel ice cream
Comment: Didn't quite enjoy this dessert as the the cake was super dry in texture but rich in chocolate flavor, not overly sweet. Salted caramel ice cream taste quite good.
Overall, The Brasserie has a nice romantic ambience perfect for couple dates. I think there is room for improvement for the food. Hope to see improvement in my next visit.
