The Dough Factory is a new cafe located at Bandar Sri Damansara. People usually head there for the pastries but it is advisable to head there as early as possible to grab their pastries to avoid disappointment. Check out their Delivery Menu for a full list of menu available. Sadly, I wasn't able to get their pastries because all pastries were sold out when I arrived. Only walk-in is allowed.
Ice Latte (RM13)
Comment: Nice blend of latte, quite strong and a little toasty, smooth and creamy.
Seasonal Kombucha- Chrysanthemum (RM15.90)
Comment: Citrusy, sour and refreshing.
Squid Ink Aglio Olio (RM26)
Comment: Spaghetti is al dente. Loaded with chili flakes, mushrooms and prawns. It gives you a hint of spiciness but it is not that spicy. Would prefer if there is more garlic. Overall, it is quite good but they replace the original egg with fried egg.
Comment: Cheesy aroma, creamy, rich with heavenly perfect texture and taste which is not very filling. Loaded with prawns and mushrooms. Strongly recommend this if you are a fan of carbonara.
Chili Crab Pasta (RM29)
Comment: Spicy chili flavor with a very slight hint of sweetness but overpowered by the spiciness the more you eat. I could taste some chunks of crab meat in it. Pasta is al dente as well. Perfectly cooked in terms of texture.
Lemon Poppy Seed Cake (RM15.90)
Comment: Moist, rich in lemon flavor, citrusy and slightly sweet. Pretty good.
Currently, they don't take pre-order for pastries due to overwhelming response by the walk-in customers. Thus, I will strongly recommend you to walk in early to grab your pastries as soon as you can. No reservation is allowed and their service is extremely slow during peak hours. Be prepared to wait patiently if you are going to drop by.
