     Uokatsu is a casual Japanese dining restaurant located in Plaza Damas 3. Uokatsu was established since 2014, lead by a Japanese chef, Masamichi Tomono, who is from a Hokkaido-based family of fishermen, and his Malaysian wife Winnie. During this MCO, I had decided to order their food via delivery to support the local business. Do check out their menu below and you may Whatsapp them to pre-order your food.

Edamame (RM10)
Comment: Super huge portion, totally worth it

Ocean Trout Belly Sashimi (RM29)
Comment: Thick slices of fresh sashimi, satisfied with the portion, rich and buttery.

Mentai Rice (RM20)
Comment: Uokatsu's signature dish! Still taste good! Love the thick roe-topped omelette that paired so well with the rice, slightly creamy in texture yet addictive.

Teriyaki Cod (RM63/212g)
Comment: The cod was really good, fresh, tender-firm texture, teriyaki sauce added sweetness to it.

Grilled Hamachi Cheek (RM39.25/157g)
Comment: My favorite part of the fish that was sweet, tender, juicy and tasty!

Grilled Whole Japan Squid (RM40)
Comment: Looks good but taste a little fishy this time, I remember it was really good the first time I had it. Feedback this to them and they said will replace a new dish next time. Guess I have to give another try next time.
