Uroko’s specialties also include the Uroko Salad with its own special
blend of dressing, perfectly steamed Chawanmushi that’s silky smooth,
pan-fried foie-gras with steamed melon that melts in your mouth and a
variety of Makis (sushi rolls) and Temakis (handrolls) that are not only
a delight to the taste buds but also a feast for the eyes. In addition,
patrons can indulge in a host of tasty Yakitori offerings off the
charcoal grill that’s a perfect complement to an impressive list of
Japanese beers and sake. Check out this place for a wide selection of items to choose from, a nice place to hang out with family and friends.
Uroko Salad (RM32)- Soft shell crab & salmon skin, served with sesame mayo sauce
Comment: Love the pairing w crispy soft shell crab
Mixed Sashimi Platter (RM220)
Comment: Fresh but they served normal sashimi, nothing really stands out.
Spider Maki (RM24)- Soft shell crab
Comment: Huge pieces given, one of my favorite maki filled with ingredients.
Left: Foie Gras Roll (RM40)- Duck liver w smoked duck topped w salmon fish roe
Comment: Taste alright
Right: Mars Maki (RM30)- Frittered spicy maki w salmon flakes & fish roe
Comment: Crispy maki texture with slight spicy flavor. You can try this if you want a different kind of maki.
Dobin Mushi (RM24)
Comment: Love this teapot soup, sweet and flavorful.
Hanabi Sushi (RM32)- Pan fried tuna topped w foie gras
Comment: I find the quality had dropped compared to last time. Doesn't taste unique anymore.
Salt Grilled Salmon Head (RM25)
Comment: My top favorite item in Uroko, I never miss out this item. Huge, fresh and fatty! Really good! Grilled to perfection!
Salt Grilled Mackerel (RM25)
Comment: Taste pretty well, grilled to perfection as well.
Inaniwa Udon Hot (RM30)
Comment: Clear soup with nice thin udon, taste much better than the garlic fried rice.
